The Winter Program is designed according to individual/group ability with a heavy emphasis devoted to technical and physical development. Players in the program will gain confidence and composure on the ball through our intensive skills training, as well as understanding how to deal with pressure and develop decision making skills in situational small-sided games. Older players will receive more functional technical/tactical training related to their position.  Players will also become quicker and stronger through speed, agility, and strength exercises. All of this will be accomplished in a positive, safe, and fun environment. Each player will receive 6 or 8 weeks of consecutive training. 
Enrollment is limited.  Must contact SST prior to registering to secure a training slot.
